These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stint mobile application (“App”) and related services provided by Stint (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. Use of the Application

Stint provides tools designed to help users track and manage fasting routines, including OMAD (One Meal A Day) fasting schedules, fasting history, and related insights.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

Use the App for any unlawful activity
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Reverse engineer or copy any part of the App
Interfere with the functionality or security of the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account using your email address.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Ensuring the information you provide is accurate
All activity that occurs under your account

If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Stint offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

Premium features may include access to:

OMAD Coach
Extended fasting challenges
Metabolic Intelligence insights
Additional advanced app functionality

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

If a subscription is cancelled, premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Free Features

The App provides a number of features free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from the free or premium versions of the App at any time.

5. Health Disclaimer

The information provided within the App is for educational and informational purposes only.

Stint does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting program, especially if you:

Have a medical condition
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Are under the age of 18
Are taking medication that may be affected by fasting

Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software associated with the App are the property of Stint and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time through the App settings.

Deleting your account will permanently remove your account information and associated data from our systems.

This action cannot be undone.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stint and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Loss of data
Health outcomes related to fasting
Service interruptions or technical issues

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
